Extremely satisfied with this purchase, would love it if some data was available about how to adjust the output voltage through it's specified range without the module control unit. I will have to do further research on this. It looks like it is a 485 ASCII protocol. For a 48volt battery bank application I have in mind the output being set at 48 volts is not suitable, but at the price for 50 amps DC it is worth the effort. Info from ZTE website locked down to certified customers and owners. If anyone can help please shout out.

Product works as advertised. Can be difficult to fit and needs to be removed again for battery replacement. No back lighting, but the backlit version of the same product has a different issue related to battery connectivity reliability. A review of that issue has been submitted in a different post.

A very good product for the price. Has some differences to the previous version of software I don't like and the AM tuner is non existent in the new software version as well. V8 works perfectly with AM tuner too. V9......no AM tuner, additionally, you have to totally power unit down to put files from the internal memory into the mp3 player. Many features you think should work don't, like RGB control of the LED back lighting on the left hand buttons. Some research soon reveals the reason is monochrome LED's. So apart from some of these irritations you still get really good bang for bucks from this product.
