When I received the blower and turn it on the fan did n' t work, only the nose was working (getting hot). So I decided to open it and check. To my surprise I discovered that the motor fan was blocked due to a slit displaced end. I corrected and checked again and voila.. I fixed it. I oiled it, reassembled and worked O.K.
