yadwinder singh no matter about the color. connect the three wires to ur esc. turn on radio and check the rotation of motor.if it is ok with the propeller direction, and if it is not in required direction interchange any two wires with each other.the motor will start moving in changed direction. The conclusion is that u can change the direction of motor by interchange any two wires out of the three.
