It works well, however the blades are a bit thick to get under tightly fitted panels. It came with an additional crowbar-style tool for the same purpose, I liked this!

Phone was 'repaired', which took more than 3 months. Received a phone with Umi OS instead of Android OS. Umi OS makes many apps crash.

I use this tape to see the fence in front of the staircase at night. It does the job very well, even when there is not a lot of light in the day. The glue holds well to painted metal. The color in daylight is slightly yellowish, it would be nice if it is more white in daylight.

One out of two pieces had a white and dim led. I replaced that led with a led that I removed from the top, then everything was fine. The price could be a bit lower, I think. I remove the led from the top because it looks better and fits better in my car. I ordered these to replace the bulbs in the interior lighting. Because my kids sometimes switch them on just before leaving the car. If you don't notice, the car doesn't start two days later.

Even with a direct loopback wire from pin 2 to 3, I get no response using minicom under ubuntu linux. Probably this device is broken. It is based on the ch341 uart converter. Quote from the linux/BSD kernel source on this chip: "the worst usb serial chip in the world"

In order to control this device one needs to connect to it via bluetooth and use the Happy Lighting app. Bluetooth connection to this device does not work from my Umidigi phone with Android 7.0. It does work from my old HTC with Android 5.0. The app provides a timer function which I intended to use with this device however it seems that this device is not supported for the timer-function.
