Hello just received and used one time, and a bad odor came out with a strange sound like a plop we have opened the case and PCB is burnt .... we will contact after sales srevice to fournd a solution to the problem encountoured regards

Well I was really excited to receive it and test as you can imagine looks well manufactured , it is a good point But the question is , does it work properly? the answer is no, impossible to reach 10.5 for alkaline or drop down to 3.5 to acid, thus either this product has a technical problem or it is simply a fake product !! what is the solution in a such case?
