This product is almost perfect for mounting an ultrasonic sensor atop a servo motor. A minor drawback is the attachment of the jumper cables to the pins of the ultrasonic sensor. A tad more space would be great, as shown in the images. However, this is not a major disadvantage, since the ultrasonic module pins bend back only slightly. Overall though, I highly recommend this product.

I ordered two of these items. They were both wrapped together in plastic. Needless to say they were both damaged. With the aid of a pliers, I was able to mostly straighten out the bent parts and got the axels to align so that it ran straight. I installed an Arduino Uno with L298P motor shield for a bluetooth controlled tank. It works great. If not for the poor packaging, I would give this item 5 stars. Incidentally, this is not the first item I received from Banggood that was poorly packaged and damaged on arrival. Banggood, please pay attention to packaging. A cardboard box to better protect your products can't be that expensive.

D: Which is the best motor driver or shield to use with these motors. Is it better to use an L298N motor driver with two motors per channel, or a single L293D motor shield with one motor per channel? The L298N driver supports a peak current of 2A so I think this would be the better option. Am I right, or are there better ways to run four motors?

BG403645412 Thatwould require artificial intelligence. When it detects an obstacle, the ultasonic sensor looks left and right to calculate the distance to obstacles on either side and steer the car in the direction with the greatest distance to the nearest obstacle. It comes up with a single solution to a single problem, and does not look beyond one solution at a time.
