ATHANASIOS the same with the adapter. Not for Europe, neither USA. do you know where i have to put the sd card;

The camera arrived quickly. Quality make and good image for the price. The black part - the lens casing is made of metal. But the upper protective plate is made of plastic, that can easily burn out of the sun's rays. That part was supposed to be metal. Software: Cloudy service. If you want the recording to be performed in the cloud, a fee must be paid. I hoped she would have her own web server (like my other cameras), but there is none. Which means if the developer stops the cloud service, you will not be able to watch the camera. I had ordered the camera with an EU adapter, but I got quite another, neither the AU nor the US, I do not even know what it is :) I can not use it. Also, the cable is very short. For the test I used an adapter from another camera. I'll have to look for a solution.

ATHANASIOS where is the place to put the sd card; I need your help.

Very solid camera. Feels tough and can take the weather fine. The automatic Led lights are extremel powerful and perfect for locating the camera infront of passage ways and garage ramps etc...as they light the path for you for a minute. Apart from light, it also has the usual IR Leds to record in darkness and the YCC365 software is very efficient and works great even for remote monitoring and reviewing videos of motion detection or for coninuous recording. Recommended for professional use and i hope it can last well outdoors in very hot weather.

ATHANASIOS you have to reset the camera from the reset bottom . then it make a reset and a voice say that you have to wait. then go to the app and you will see the sign + to the upper right side. then you will choose by wifi . then you choose the QR code on the monitor of your mobile and you will put the QR in frond of your camera , about 20-30cm. And you will hear a voice that it connected. you have to use YCC365pro app.

I have bought this camera since 4 months ago but unfortunately i have not energize till now because i have not find easy user guides for this. If anybody can help me with an easy way -please write me. Thank you in advance Nickos
