edude Yes, it is from plastic, it is not the hardest I've seen, but it's rather hard.

D: I assembled the robot arm. But if I connect the included powersupply (5.16V) the voltage drops to 3.21V. Anybody any idea what to do. FYI if I connect the USB cable the voltage is 5.0 exactly and the system is running perfectly. But I need a solution with the included power supply.

edude Sounds like something is wrong with powersupply or it's connection. It could be there is shorting on the connector, or powersupply is not able to provide the enough current. What is the voltage of power supply when not connected?
