nilton61 Downloadthe zip file with documenttaion and software. In this zipfile there is a folder for software update. Within this folder there is a firmware updater and a firmware image. Run the updater program and point it to the firmware image. Search on youtube for a instruction video

MVAckel Same thing here. I used a dremel to make the bakelite holes deeper. For the ER-11, I used a cylindrical file to enlarge a little bit the hole to fit the spindle axis.
