meggertech Sadlythis nice little unit appears to have a fault, Have just made up the boards to mount the Nixie tubes and it works ok but after counting up to 44 or 67 seconds this appears random, the display runs fast and displays numerals that are not seen in the normal clock function i.e. in 24 hr mode the hour high cycles through 1 through to 10 it would only normally display 0,1,2,. when this happens the display runs fast, I wonder IF I could get a replacement ? despite the length of time elapsed , since Purchased it.
child_john I have used one of these units with great success! if the power is lost ie supply failure, it turns down volume before resuming so works fine the relay function is and open collector which means you can connect to a relay driver of a stand by power supply this unit needs to be run from standby always on supply , it can then turn on and off the main heavy duty power supply to your amplifier
