Das Produkt Jumper X4 pro Laptop 14 Zoll wurde neu bestellt, geht aber gleich zurück weil es entweder schon gebraucht war oder die Qualität sehr schlecht ist. Rückwand ist abgetrennt, die Tastatur ist angekratzt und der Apdater ist nicht für deutsche Steckdosen geeignet, es passt nicht in die Standardsteckdose. Da ich von dem Kundenservice keien Antwort erhalte und das schon seit einer Woche, kann ich nicht genau sagen ob es ein Produktionfehler ist oder das Produkt gebraucht war. Auf jeden Fall empfehle ich, nichts auf dieser Website einzukaufen und bis die Klage geklärt ist, rate ich von diesem Produkt dringend ab.//This product, Jumper X4 pro Laptop 14 Zoll, was ordered as a new one. When it arrived, however, it became obvious that it was either used or the product quality is very low. The back panel is detached, the keyboard is worn out and the adaptor does not correspond to European norms (it does not pass to German sockets). Please see the photos attached. As I have not heard anything from the Customer Service for more than one week, I do not know exactly whether the product has material defects or it was used before, then packed and sent to me as a new one. In any way, until the situation is cleared with the Customer Service, I strongly do not advise to buy anything from this website, and this product in particular.
