Delivere amazingly quickly - just a few days to Australia. Build quality looks good. The display is very bright, but can be switched off via the remote. Remote allows turning the unit on and off, setting the humidity threshold, setting an off timer, and turning on four UV leds on the sides of the unit that are probably there as an antibacterial - not sure. The unit is far from silent, with a constant fan noise while running. Quieter than a compressor driven dehumidifier, but not quiet enough for bedroom. I had it running for a few hours and it has collected around 100ml of water in the built-in water collection container. The unit also came with a plastic tube that can be used to drain water directly into sink or a bigger container. All in all, a pretty good unit that is not too loud.

these fit the batteries very snugly, so batteries in cases don’t take up much more space in my bag than batteries without cases. bought four of these - worth it.

precise machining, feels heavy and solid. comes with case and a little manual - all in Chinese but just pictures really. all in all a useful edc tool.
