The ST209 was delivered quickly and although the instrument was not extra protected wrapped, I do not see any visible transport damage. Processing and function of ST209 is very fine and seems stable and suitable for harsh work environments. I can measure stable current all the way down to below 1 amps. The built-in flashlight is not particularly bright, it would be much more useful if it was stronger. The supplied contact cables are of a fine quality and come with protective caps. Also a thermal sensor included The instruction manual is spartan but has the essential information, it is also for an instrument for professional use and not a toy. It is a pity that it does not come with the 2 batteries that are otherwise described in the manual, that they should be part of the delivery. But the good price of ST209 and its good processing quality as well as its multifunctionality, make it all a good buying experience.

The product is fine but be careful to order the right type, mine does not fit my Makita vacuum cleaner. I've made some adapter or else I couldn't use the cyclone filter.
