I be honest. I hadnt heard of Banggood before I bought this product and was very sceptical based on the reviews I had read on trustpilot about the website but I couldnt find anywhere else that was delivering this item to UK. This was a sizeable amount of money to lay out on a website i hadnt heard of before but I was pleasantly surprised. I have to be honest that they have been absolutely great. The staff were always politem and friendly and my item (which clearly stated was going to be a very lengthly delivery process) came almost a month and a half before I expected it to. The expected delivery was stated before I purchased the item so when I read about all the bad reviews they have received I just think its because the customers are used to Amazon where delivery is very quick. There was one small thing wrong with it when it arrived but I appreciate this is not the sellers fault. As it was being delivered to UK they had to buy an adapter so that I was able to plug into a UK socket. They attached this to the outside of the box and this was delivered broken. Did a little bit more research as I needed a new plug and it transpires that the plug they sent was actually a little dangerours. Thankfully it was broken and I did that research and bought myself a safe plug and all works exactly as it should. I spent like £10 on a proper safe plug and it was so worth it.
