BG221039617 Why would you need a double c-mount adapter? One side screws into the microscope and the other end screws into the camera. When used correctly, this adapter will probably need a C-MOUNT 5mm Extension Tube Adapter C-CS Mount Adapter Spacer Ring For CCTV Lens (maybe even 2). This adapter gives the camera a little extra focal length for focusing the camera. They are relatively inexpensive on eBay, just 3-4 dollars each. They should sell them here, but they do not. I have them on both my SZMC TV.5

Good little lens. Quality is great too. It's used for Hayear C-Mounting Lens
