snowdiva Youhave this one as a best seller yet so many complaints of no manual, no battery, no charger, etc. Just who is running that company? If I owned it, I would be firing someone! This particular version came without any user information and also without the spanner and separate screwdriver shown on the website. The lack of user guidance ii of concern for persons not familiar with electric chainsaws. Electric chainsaws almost always incorporate a two-factor starting feature which greatly reduces the risk of starting the saw with something touching or close to the chain --- this is usually a second switch in series with the trigger and operated by gripping the handle prior to pressing the trigger switch. The tool came without any warnings to remove the battery before carrying-out any lubrication or adjustment to chain tension. This is a serious omission and should be actioned by the supplier.

snowdiva Why?To sell it! Once they have your money, they don't care. I am going over to Amazon and get my chain saw. I have clicked on DOZENS of saws and everyone says that this wasn't in the package or that wasn't working, its always something. So, I am gone.....to AMAZON! Bye!

The switch does not regulate the speed, as they say, the machine always goes at maximum speed, it is a single speed, all or nothing. The least I understand is why they insist on lying about the capacity of the batteries, announcing them as 6000 mAh when in reality they are 1500 mAh. 5 LiPo elements with a nominal voltage of 3.7v that make 18.5v or 21v at full load at 4.2v per element, with a capacity of 1500 mAh per element form a 1500 mAh pack. Why do they advertise 6000 mAh?

Not as nice looking as the picture shows. Better for a teen as they dont know real quality yet. You get what you pay for is true.
