Very good piece of EQUIPMENT, so good I ordered the later upgraded version. However, I can't comment on the upgraded version as unfortunately I never received them. On this occasion Banggood have really let themselves down. According to the delivery status, the items were delivered through my letterbox, even though the parcel containing my items were too big to fit through my letterbox. Banggod response, check with your neighbours, The Post office Eventually established that Banggood used Yodel as their courier Contacted Yodel who correctly stated that their contact was with Banggood and that if they contacted them direct they would formulate a claim. Informed Banggood, response, check with neighbours, The Post office Repeatedly contacted Banggood with the above request from Yodel still the same standard reply All orders reported as delivered by shipping companies are considered delivered. Banggood cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case Banggood refused to take the matter up with Yodel, I cannot get a response other than this. After almost 6 months of correspondence via e-mail Conclusion - Deliveries dependent on courier used by Banggood, Non deliveries, SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY. BANGGOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE I WILL NOT BE USING BANGGOOD AGAIN

Very poor battery, barely lasts 2 days. Poor App functions. SMS and WhatsApp message alert does not work. Sleep functions non existent. Basically a cheap watch. would not recommend.
