Syboo65 Ido not want to alarm you but if you send a mail to the service desk you will get a standard answer and notting happens. if you receive your printer pls check that the treaded rod is fitting the brass nut because mine did not send already 10 emails with pictures and video and every time I get the same answer " we are looking into your problem" and that's it. I have my printer now 10 day's and can not use it. its a real bad after service.
