If you solder a lot of wires together I would definitely recommend buying this kit. Faster and easier compared to soldering. If you hate soldering or have bad soldering iron this will make your life easier. You can use any heat source above 150°C, just be careful if you are using lighter. Works really well with adjustable heat gun.

D: Do any of you geeks have a idea on how to get 2 +12V (positive) ports? I have as much use for -12V (negative) as I have a use for herpes, so instead I want to turn the negative into an additional +12V port. Can I just cut the negative wires and hotwire the pins on the connector instead? Any thoughts?

ALEXRUZI Output voltages are 12V, 5V, 3.3V and -12V. These voltages are standard voltages of ATX 24pin PSU cable. But depends on your PSU exact voltages could be bit higher or lower.
