BG234855752 1.8 volts is good not more that 2volts it works fine

as I build the kit I check every led and when I got to the red one I got a big surprise as only 2 of the 200 worked!!!!! Most are dead short while some lit for a second and then winked out forever. Very Very bad supplier of red leds. Do not buy kit until this is fixed!!!!!!!! I buy a lot from Banggood and this id the first total failure. Too bad but I have a bunch of spare blue ones to finish the project at least. Picture shows the only 3 that worked with green and blue in background for contrast and right after I took the pic one of the reds burned out so guess only 2 work and very dim at that :(
