Excellent item . Connect the two wire out put to 3 volts .The ground wire is connected to the negative wire on the two wire output. The single wire output is connected to the spark plug.Finaly connect the hall sensor the three wire output. When you pass a magnet past the sensor you will get a spark!

Two pieces ordered. Both not working when tested. Original ignition is still working on one engine and these were for one other engine and a spare. I tested on the working engine and both failed to produce a spark.

mateo Thedescription has been changed. They are now sold as 6V-10V. If you need them for the hit and miss with 4.5V then they won't work unless you change the battery holder to 4 or 6 AA cells. It would be best to use 9V smoke alarm type batteries with the correct connector.
