Droppy Youcan find the camera in the downloads list on mydigoo website and download instructions on how to change the password. I cannot verify if it works or not at this time unfortunately.

This is a very bad product from Digoo. Hardware is OK but the software is just terrible. The web version (access via browser) has a lot of missing functionality (delete files, download files ... configuration) and most of all, the product is NOT EVEN COMPATIBLE with their own Digoo Camera such as the DG-W01f !!! This camera has motion detection, the recorder has motion detection but together ? NO MOTION DETECTION. Support from Digoo is also terrible. Very bad English so very difficult to communicate with. They say "Sorry friend" for all the faults in the software but they don't correct it. Absolutely worthless product !
