Product arrived intact. Had to sand the base of the tool to get a battery to attach. See the last image. Otherwise, an excellent tool for the money. The improved version also comes with a hex hole, so you can use your screw bits. Definitely a recommended purchase!

Shipping was fast enough, packaging was sufficient. Everything arrived with no damage. On similar products some reviewers have noted that they have had to slightly modify their bracket for it to fit. For me this product fit the cooler with no modifications necessary. This product is excellent for you if you have an AIO cooler made by Asetek and you want to fit it to a 115X/1366 platform. With older coolers, it may be common that some of the mounting hardware has been lost. I had a Corsair H55 with a AM3 bracket, but no backplate. I needed mounting hardware to use the cooler on an 115X platform and this kit was perfect for the job. The bracket and the mounting hardware have a very shiny dark metal finish. I would prefer a matte black color, but you take what you can get. For some, this flashy look might be preferred. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. Everything is machined well and works as I would hope it to. I have yet to try using it because my CPU has not arrived yet, but it seems like there is nothing that would cause issues in use. This product would be perfect if it came with a retention clip. Check the last photo to see what the retention clip looks like. The retention clip prevents the bracket from coming off the pump assembly during installation, making it easier, but the retention clip is not necessary for installation, so no point deduction to the product.

Rather powerful for its size, large open spaces are recommended for flight.
