stefan The battery needs to deliver a nominal current of 250W divided by 24V=10,4A. The motor will run for 1 hour with a battery of a capacity of 10,4 Ah. I did not see an data sheet for maximum ratings, e.g. what current to expect when the motor is blocked. This may result in overcurrent or overheating of the motor.

stefan Thediameter of the shaft is 11 mm. A 4mm tongue is used. A standard bicle chain - 1I2" x 3I32" does NOT fit - 1I2" x 1I8" does fit

stefan Thisis a simple brusched DC motor. Changing to polarity of the motor cables will change direction of rotation.

stefan It uses a sensor magnet. It is clamped-screwed onto two spokes. You may need to find a workaround.
