D: Guten Tag, ich habe im Juli dieses Jahres die Lasermaschine gekauft. Dazu hätte ich nun folgende Fragen: Habe ich eine Garantie auf die Maschine? Es bilden sich Flecken beim Gravieren, besonders wenn ich in der Mitte der Bearbeitungsfläche auf polierten Oberflächen wie Edelstahl arbeite. Wie kann ich das beheben? Ich habe das Gefühl, dass der Laser zurück schießt und auf die Bearbeitungsfläche reflektiert wird. Ist das ein Fehler? Eine andere Frage ist, wenn ich vor dem Gerät stehe, ist die Laserleistung oben links (fast ein Viertel des Bereichs) schwächer, was bedeutet, dass der Bereich, den ich 4 bis 5 mal übergrave, schwächer ist. Ist das ebenfalls ein Produktionsfehler? Ich würde gerne wissen, ob ich das Gerät austauschen kann, denn es ist schade, über 1000 Euro gezahlt zu haben und es funktioniert nicht einwandfrei! Da ich auch Programmierer eines großen Lasermaschinenherstellers im Raum Stuttgart, Deutschland, bin und 20 Jahre Erfahrung mit Lasermaschinen habe, bin ich fasziniert von diesem kleinen Ding. Es wäre jedoch noch schöner, wenn es auch zu 100% funktionieren würde.
