these things love 5S for long range, and smooooth! 4s is doable, just very underpowered for freestyle! 6S this thing screams like a banshee!

I love my new solder stick! it truly is amazing! I use a laptop charger at 19V and it heats up in 10-12 sec! or use a 4S battery at 16.8V and it heats up in 15-18 sec! soldering tips are a little more expensive, but you are also getting a new heating element with each tip! I got mine for 8$ on sale here on BangGood! I replaced a large dial based nondigital soldering station with this, and my bench space is super large now!

I got the gold one, then the silver one, and now I have the rainbow one! the gold one has a crappy bearing in it, silver is great, and rainbow is OK... took a star for bearings...

this thing will not spin, due to the bearings missing about half of the balls! do not buy, unless you have replacement bearings, and this doesn't take regular skateboard bearings! these are tiny!
