I'm using this motor with a 4s 4000mah lipo, 11x5.5 prop and 60A esc for a 2kg plane. I have a lot of power, but the motor and the esc become burning hot.

Andrew I built mine after gently sanding all the sheets first. you shouldn't need to cover this model. Keep it light.
