Donald You can use any motor on a drone or multi-motor aircraft, if it's sized appropriately. And you can reverse the spin direction of most brushless motors by swapping out any 2 motor wires. With a compression friction prop adapter like this one, either a CW or CCW prop can be used. With a screw type prop shaft, you want the screw to screw on in the opposite direction of the prop or motor spin. You can use the same direction but the nut may back off unless you use a device such as a hole in the shaft with a cotter pin to keep the nut from backing off. Most now use a Nyloc nut to keep the prop nut from coming off.
