Esc burnt on first battery, in less than 2 minutes.. I'm not sure if the esc was bad but I'm going to have to order a replacement. My soldering skills are just fine and I used the recommended 2s 350mah battery. The flight controller and motors were salvageable at least. On a positive note, the vtx is great compared to others I've used. Very little static and doesn't cut out.

D: I have a flysky transmitter for rc planes, will it also work for the drone? The left throttle stick is at rest when it's pointed down, not midway like normal drone controllers.

sergeroth This quad has none of the functions, that require a centered throttle ( altitude hold), so you do need a normal transmitter with switches for arming and flight modes.
