hsb3852 Hi Brand! I am sure that mikejust and I are not the only two customers who need to know the proper use of ALL the wires. Why is this a big secret? Publish this info on the offer page and/or here in the Q & A section! It will save each of your interested customers the trouble of separately contacting BG customer service, and it will also save your customer service agent his/her time to reply many times over with the SAME information to each customer .
