mariandelibas Not used yet but yes it gives you ope-closed status. I think you need internet to get updated status (it works with eWelink - no gateway needed). It works also with LAN - ie local. Don't know about battery but I think it depends on usage - however DW1 version is still at first battery after 1 year (low traffic ). I expect for DW2 to last at least 1 year though

mariandelibas You might add SONOFF TH 10/16 A with a temperature sensor to your eWelink and then create a scene with temperature as condition/trigger your 30A switch.
