I've tried a bunch of other radio earpieces, mics and head gear. In the lightweight category, this is the best I've found. It fits fairly comfortably, adjust easily, and has a good mic that others can hear you well with. The PTT switch cord could be about 6" (15 cm) longer to be somewhat more versatile, but should work as is for many people.
