CJMCU-ADS1015 Mini scheda di sviluppo ADC convertitore analogico-digitale a 12 bit
It came in anti-static bag, wrapped into soft foam. At the present it works OK, with acceptable precision -- of course it's not as precise as 16-bit version that I bought at the same time. That one is even a bit cheaper at BG. Go figure! (Probably because it's newer in BG stock.) I used both with Raspberry Pi and Arduino -- datasheets, schematic, links to examples, etc., for both could be found on Adafruit selling page: https://www.adafruit.com/product/1083
Although I ordered the 12 bit ADS1015, BG shipped a 16 bit ADS1115. It's an acceptable replacement but I did rate one star lower for not shipping what was ordered.
very useful stuff...yet to try
The ADS 1015 is a great option if you need extra resolution (12 bits) or just a few more analog ports The datasheet can be found at http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ads1015.pdf Recommended.
Appears fine - not tested yet
GOOD ARDUINO ITEMS
It is an interesting product at a quite affordable price. I haven't yet run extensive tests but it looks good. Packaging was quite essential but product was delivered in good shape.
Working well even without instructions but there are plenty of tutorials to be found on the web. I followed one for an Adafruit ADS1115 and used the Adafruit library on a Nodemcu without problem.
Construction quality is very good and everything is clearly marked. Using 12 bits for A/D conversion is probably overkill for most purposes. Google datasheet for more information...
I like that you can mount this board close to your source and then use I2C to communicate the readings. Has many useful features as described.
