Test au capacimètre, un seul fait sa capacité mais ESR trop élevé. Un tout bonnement sec et présente une capacité de 178 nF. Après mise sous tension pour formage des électrodes voici les mesures relevées : 9594 µF ESR 0,11 Ohm Loss 1,9% 178,2 nF 10000 µF ESR 0,1 Ohm Loss 1,3% 9277 µF ESR 0,12 Ohm Loss 3,3% Conclusion : ces condensateurs ont étés fabriqués il y a trop longtemps et ne doivent plus être vendus car bons pour le rebut !

Capacitance value is a little low, measuring just a bit above 9000 mfd. Other than that it seems to be pretty good capacitor with low ESR. The capacitor physically looks good and the leads are spaced at 10mm. Looks to be a good buy considering the price...
