Buy 2 samples until arrived after connected output antenna and supply it at 12Vdc draw more then 0,3Amp and start burned !!!!! on IC2. Second sample tested again at 12 Vdc , Not burned but hot too and power RF amplierf doesn't more than 10dB. For me very poor device maybe weren't 2 lucky pieces....

The goods were checked in the RF workshop, and turned out to be capable of 1 Watt Maximum output by feeding 0dBm (1 milliwatt input), confirming the reliable almost uniform gain within the specified band (1-700MHz) of 30dB with linearity. We could not test it at higher power levels due to limitation of our Rf signal generator, whose output power level is limited to 0dBm (1 mW) max. Further investigation revealed that the module uses the following components with suggested power levels recommended by the manufacturer for reliable operation. RD01MUS1 (SMD CODE - K2) as the final stage rated for 520MHz, 1Watt SBA-5089Z-Sirenza. (SMD CODE - BA5Z) as the first driver stage. It may be possible to use this module at higher power levels, However we ourselves use the devices safely to half of their capacity for long term reliability for continuous operation. I am very happy to use them between 0.5 ~ 1.0 watts for our applications.... Very satisfied with the results, this will find use in various applications.

Acceso a 15.03 VDC come specificato e trasmesso. Si è fritto in 10 secondi. Suggerisco di usare solo 12.0 VDC NO MORE. In attesa di nuovo ordine.
Haven't yet tried it...but all other things I ordered all worked fine. So no fear that this one won't work. And great quality for such a price. I use it for all kind of experiments.
