VERY FUN!!!. They released a new version which has upgraded longer metal driveshafts and some other upgrades. You can turn it into a drifter easily with a couple of modifications like drift tires, increase steering angle, and some other gearing mods. For me, charge time takes around 15-20 minutes with a 110V outlet and lasts for about 30-40 minutes depending on how fast you drive. Pros: Good for beginners like me Great indoor car Good value overall. Cons: The suspension is a bit sticky and needs some adjustment. Differentials are even stickier and they cause the motor to overheat easily. Metal upgrades for this car sometimes don't fit properly and you definitely need to modify them to make them work as they should. Overall Great value I like the car a lot and I'm looking forward to making it a drift car project.

  • LaszloNagy85 Hi. Thanks for the review. How do i know which is the new version? There are 2 listing with k989 with 2 batteries. Different price, same content.

  • mesho123 @LaszloNagy85 Not sure really, I\'ve seen recent reviews of people receiving the older version of the k989, And others receiving the upgraded one. So you basically have to hope they\'ll ship the newer car with the upgraded parts. or if you don\'t want to deal with any of that, you can just buy the Wltoys 284131 which has all the upgraded parts including a newer transmitter. it\'s a bit more expensive though.
