Ordered these for building a robotic arm. The problem is, though they are listed as Analog servos, they are NOT. These are generic digital servos. Also they are NOT fully metal geared. Only the top shaft and gear are metalic, all the internal gears are plastic. Which is not a good thing. These two materials don't work well together when it comes to gears as the metal will wear down the plastic gears. I received them on time, they were in a good condition and worked as expected. Not very precise but I think will get the job done for the prototype stage. I will be posting my projects along with review on my blog at https://www.astirtech.com/blog

I got these Servos for a robotic project, I assumed it was a full metal geared servo. But know that it is NOT. These Servos have only one metal gear on the top. other internal gears are plastic. this makes it more likely to break as metal is harder and will damage the plastic gears in long run. I advice you to either buy a fully metal geared servo or a fully plastic geared one. Now talking about these, I received them fairly quickly. they were in good condition and all worked as expected. These are not high precision servos. But they will get the job done for prototyping and college projects. Also note that these are not orignal Tower Pro servos.

Received on time, were in a good condition. All work as expected. that's all I have to say.

WolfxPac how do you differentiate between them? it's open-source hardware using same USB to TTL IC.
