Having tried a couple of other goggles where I couldn't read the OSD, I hoped that the adjustable focal distance would be a solution. Powered up and tuned to my Qx65 very easily and was able to read all the text without eye strain. I can't comment on the reception at a distance yet, a few flights around steel racking in a warehouse tomorrow will put that to the test.

Seams to work as it should. Friend recommended the Dotbit branded clones but the one they send doesn't have the logo on it. Clone of a clone maybe. Shipping time from UK warehouse was about 4 days, a lot faster than anywhere else.

Davebee72 Support said it can be changed to mode 1, like most other radios. Pack contents lists a throttle return spring too.

Good fit. Probably offer more protection that a 3d printed option, may not last as long but cheap enough to keep a spare set handy.

Used a YouTube video to help with the build, and still had to repeat some steps. Note: the parts list in the front of the manual gives all the gear wheels colour codes (thay are ALL white!!). Yet the instructions ask for numbered gears, on each gear is stamped the number (about 2mm high and not easy to see). Follow these numbers. Once got the gears right, build was easy enough, using the YouTube to confirm the black and white instructions. After 2 hours was finished and it's fantastic for the $

These 4mm screws are actually 4mm long. The first order were 10mm long in a pack labelled as 4mm😕

Mine is actually a ZS-040 (HC05) so uses a different AT command syntax AND the rx/tx pins are labelled in reverse. Beware: you could receive either. Connect at 9600 baud, if it doesn't respond, reverse the rx/tx and try again. Then use AT+version to confirm if you have the HC06 or the Zs-040!!! Then use the appropriate AT commands for your version. End of the day it does the job, but maybe the above will save someone the 4 hours of hassle that I went through!!
