dreevs That's right. It seems that these "heads" (connectors) are intended to remain permanently in the device though (supposing you don't get annoyed by the standing out part). I guess the best way to use this cable set is travel: you only need to take one cable with you, Beware of vertical flip phone cases (I have one) that don't have port hole.
