Very glad to have a brilliant welder once more The first one experienced a "sudden death" while sitting running ok. I'm hoping this one doesn't follow suite. I would like to say here that the spot welder has never arrived. Assumed lost in post.

They seem OK and completed charging OK- but they have No Management panel so need a charger that Does have ! The output lead And connector are a bit small for the 10-15 amps that could possibly be required on an occasion.

Gerard Vaughan You could connect 5 x 20 amp batteries in parallel. Your problem then would be to find or make the electronic driver box that everyone here seems to have forgotten about !!

Very good quality batteries. I have been using them in my FlySky NIRVANA for 3 weeks and the voltage is not falling.

This battery does not deliver the specified capacity of 4000mAh. I've tested 2 of the batteries and they are both closer to 2000mAh! Your must better off bying the O-Light 3400mAh which actually delivers 3400mAh!

Gerard Vaughan I am in the process of attempting to return 12 of these. I thought they behaved strangely and the tester results here confirm my fears. Yes they are too "fat" - And too long at 69mm !!

Angeboten werden 4 Akkus je 4000 mAh. Der erste Eindruck ist gut, jeder Akku ist einzeln über die Kontaktflächen eingeschweißt und anscheinend vorgeladen. Leider stellt sich bei der Überprüfung der Kapazität heraus, daß die Zellen nur ca. 1750 mAh liefern (habe alle einzeln getestet) -- also weit unter der Hälfte der angegebenen Kapazität. Warum dieser Beschiß? Gib von Anfang an den echten Wert an, dann gibt es auch keine verärgerten Kunden!

Sad to day these cells are not 18 650 they are 18 690 and so won't fit most holders. Apart from that they behave strangely and I would like to return them for credit on other items.

D: There is no picture of how the cable and Argon pipe connect to the Instrument. I have an existing welding cable of about 6mm diameter copper with rubber sheathing. will this go down the Argon pipe ok, and what happens at the supply end ? My supply has "Bayonet" fitting brass connectors. with the little pegs on the Cable half of the connector.

I love the quality of this tool ! But it freaked me by displaying H E (element broken) when it "went to sleep". Unplugging from supply cured this. Thanks goodness my mistake was corrected on "live chat" to change to 220v EU !!

Gerard Vaughan The output is said to be d.c. Ate you saying the makers used an instantaneous peak reading ammeter ? But in any case we don't know if the current is time varying at 100-120 cps. It might be smooth.

Very good welder for the money. It strikes the electric arc nicely, stably maintains the set parameters and, above all, welds nicely and is very small. The only drawback that bothers me personally is the highly inflated parameters. At the maximum intensity that the manufacturer specifies at 250 amps, the welder gives 132. I took measurements and at the maximum settings it is 130 amps, and at the lowest 56. The welder is perfectly welded with 2.5 and 3.2mm electrodes. With a little experience of the welder, it is possible to weld with a 4mm electrode. In my device, I changed the welding current display range to real 132 amperes. This can be done with the potentiometer marked in my photo. If the manufacturer did not overestimate the parameters, surely more people involved in welding would be interested in this device. After minor modifications, this welding machine is an ideal device for DIY enthusiasts and people who weld on a mobile basis. Sorry for the translation, but I did it in translator.
