Skypilot Ipurchased these and within 6 months the battery would no longer hold a charge. At the beginning I was getting approx 700mAH, then declined quickly after that. So what you maybe experiencing is a older battery within the 9v shell (aka old shell life). Simply put, the idea is great, the rechargeable battery inside is junk.

robdiangelo really?did you measure the capacity? It is far less then 800mAH
robdiangelo iput a power meter on it . no way its output power is 100mW. It is approx 0.5mW.
