Ignore all the fancy marketing pictures and text on the product description. Ignore also all those fancy youtube videos where people praise this product as if it is the best thing they ever bought. First of all, I cannot fly drones. I crashed this one several times and like other people reported: Stuff started breaking down. Let us start with the bad things first: - Product doesn't look like the description. - Antenna is small on my mine. - Range of control is terrible. Needs modding. - Video quality is poor, but good enough. - Calibration is terrible. It almost never calibrates. - My drone drifts always away to the left and front. - Fine tuning buttons don't seem to do anything on the remote control. - Remote control is cheap and flimsy quality. - Drone body is extremely fragile and poor quality. - Power output is poor. You need to push the throttle 50% up to gain altitude which will drain your battery very fast. - There is no auto-hover to keep it in place. - The manual is poorly written. All in all, this drone is shit. So, why did I bought it? Because the video output is decent and cool. It is a cute thing. I was aware of the poor quality and bought it knowingly it would break down on me. So let us discuss the good things: - For 60 bucks you get goggles and a drone. Normally these goggles cost you alone 80-100. So that is somewhat okay. - The goggle's battery life seems okay. - Once you somehow do get your drone calibrated, flying can be quite fun - Flying with the goggles on is quite fun. That is about it. Flight time is terrible. The quality is terrible. But the drone itself is cute and fun. So if you want to buy it here is what you should do: - Buy extra batteries - Buy extra propellers - Buy extra frame or two That way you will last slightly longer. Or... just buy a better drone. Not this one.
