A very versatile light. The bright torch function is supplemented by a side mounted flood light. This flood light was particularly useful as a general light source in our tent whilst camping. The light switch is slightly recessed beside the micro USB charging port - easy enough to press but sufficiently out of the way to prevent accidental actuation.

Soft and flexible - a good replacement for a broken antenna, with adapters to suit all the popular screw socket mounts. I used this one on a magnetic base as a temporary solution.

The magnetic base works extremely well, a strong magnet, good plastic base. Unfortunately, the antenna is not resonant at 477 MHz as advertised. In fact, it is not at all suited to operation at 477MHz and with a VSWR greater than 7.0 at that frequency, it might even damage the transmitter. It will work well at between 160-210MHz and also between 500-600MHz

I'm impressed by the sensitivity of the PIR - it activates from more then 5 metres, and provides a good bright light. Without any movement within 8metres, the light turns off after only 12 seconds. Would be better if it was to stay on for at least 30 sec.

Very pleased with this pack. It make for a great shopping bag - easily stored when not in use and with wide shoulder straps makes a comfortable carry of reasonably heavy loads.

okz00k I found a Baofeng CD with another radio. It included UV8_VIP_CPS which is the programming software for this radio. I was able to program 128 memory channels. Perhaps you can advise other purchasers of this product where they can download UV8_VIP_CPS.

Package advises 16 channel, not 128 as advertised. Perhaps more chanels can be recorded into memory, however, I am unable to find programming software which works with this model.
