Switched from an iphone to this because of the battery and durability. This is a tank. Without a home button it takes a bit to get used to. So far with average use I have not had the battery last more than 40 hours but that beats other phones by a mile. The action buttons are on the side and easy to bump but I have ordered a belt clip which will protect them and let me carry this big phone easily. I do not use any gaming apps so I find the operating system and the screen quality very adequate. It pairs easily with my other devices. The phone came with a screen saver installed and a spare in the box. It took two weeks from delivery China to Canada and came in the mail. The charge cord is a usb C. There are rubber plugs over the headphone, usb C, and sim card holes. I expect they need to be firmly in place for water protection. The signal strength is as good or better than my iphone and the Armor 8 has two signal indicators so you can see the strength of 3g and 4g signals. Both sim cards installed and work as they should. Yes it does take up to two hours to charge when low. The wall charger is the european two pronged round type and it came with another adapter to be used with Canadian flat plugin. For the rugged conditions I work in this phone is better suited than the sleek pretty ones. I have only been using it one week so I cannot speak about how well the phone lasts. So far I give it two thumbs up as far as value for your money. There is a large border around the screen 8-12 mm. The picture is comparing to a Samsung Galaxy 7.
