Perfect size for an Astrolux S1 or BLF A6. With the sewn-closed belt loop, it's kind of inconvenient to put on a belt, but I usually use mine to protect my flashlight when it's packed in a bag or toolbox.

With the short battery tube in place, the BW-ET1 feels awkward, with the head taking up 50 percent of the overall length, and not enough battery tube for a firm grip when your thumb is on the switch button. Grip is much more natural with the extension tube installed, and it's also nice to have twice the run time.
