Delivery was made in time. The product itself, looks good, but has to be used at least for a week to find out if it really works. The size is somehow small for its selling price. I suggest you to specify its weight on the selling add, and if there are some other active ingredients in addition to the "tea tree essential oils. Regards

It looks great, and a good deal for its price. Quality looks regular. The whole appearance seems acceptable, but the knives do not seem to have a good fit, so once I have the opportunity to try it I will know if it really work as expected.

The shipping was slower than expected, and I only received the Scroll Saw blades package, but not the "Black Lead Pencil Refills Tube,: Somebody made a mistake when shipping. so, you have to actually send it or to give me back the money I paid for it. I found no other way to make a claim. Sorry, but this is what have happened. Hope somebody of you will contact me, otherwise I will go through the forum to post my claim. Thanks for your attention!
