Hello, I purchased this dashcam recently. When I took it a local professional installation shop we found out that the unit isn’t powering on. In addition to that when I got the package and opened it, the dashcam had it plastic case opened and I had to pop it back in place. Please let me know how to file for a replacement unit. Thank you,
