a bit loud,but excellent after you setup the proper chain tightness. Tighten with Philips screwdriver, then the plate nut, then get it to work for a minute and then tighten again, after unlocking the nut offcourse. Should be a little tighter than the chain on your regular motorchainsaw.. I upgraded mine by gluing a little round piece of tin (from soda can) on the guard plate (below that nut) on the inside of the guard plate, aligned with the position of the gear that drives the chain. Now the chain can not fall off.
