Came in excellent thick cardboard packaging which would survive all but the most deliberate attempts to damage it. Clamps work quite well, the flexible arm is quite stiff but will bow and bob if overextended naturally. Love the product, would recommend using a Bluetooth mouse/keyboard if you need to interact with the screen or order an OTG adapter and use a regular computer USB mouse/keyboard, to avoid making the phine bob.
