Quiteeasy to understand.
Shell Is the board only.
With bluetooth is complete board including bluetooth.
Without bluetooth is complete board with analog inputs.
Check the pricing folks.

Inthe same page there are three possible articles to buy:
- Amplifier board without bluetooth.
- Amplifier board with bluetooth.
- Acrylic housing case.
If you do not select the correct article before buying it is your fault, not BG. I have ordered the board with BT AND the house and have received correctly what I have ordered.
